OUR APPROACH

Why Présence Marketing?

Because your website should do more than look good.

We build digital presences around your organization, your customers and your objectives — then continue evolving them after launch.

We will respond with a next step suited to your context.

01

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Before we build a website, we work to understand what it needs to accomplish.

A website is not simply a deliverable. It should help an organization explain its offer, build confidence with the right people and guide a useful action. We therefore begin with your reality: your services, customers, positioning, the problems you solve, recurring questions, markets, priorities and the journeys your visitors should take. Only then do we organize the architecture, content, design, technology, SEO, GEO and conversion points.

Design matters. But it needs to serve a strategy.

02

How we work shows in the result.

These are not a list of services. They explain the choices that help a digital presence remain clear, credible and useful over time.

01 · FOUNDATION

Strategy before design

We do not begin by asking only which colours you like. We also need to know why someone visits your website, what they are looking for, which questions need answers, what should build trust, which services need priority and which action should be easy to take. A website that looks polished but does not quickly explain what you do remains a limited business tool.

02 · VISIBILITY

SEO + GEO from the start

Visibility is not added after launch. From the beginning, we consider page architecture, services, search topics, customer questions, service territories, internal links, content and relevant structured data. We build for people first while structuring information clearly enough for Google and AI-powered search experiences to understand who you are and what you offer.

03 · CONTENT

Your expertise deserves better than generic copy.

Organizations often know their work extremely well, but do not always have the time or distance needed to explain their services simply, organize information, prioritize messages, answer prospect questions and create useful calls to action. We do that translation with you, turning your expertise into clear, structured, easy-to-explore service pages, content, FAQs, journeys and messaging.

04 · EVOLUTION

Launch is only the beginning.

Your services, team, customer questions, search engines, markets and business opportunities evolve. We build a foundation that can evolve with your organization. Depending on the engagement, this can include maintenance, content improvement, new pages, journey optimization and visibility priorities. The scope, budgets and approvals are defined with you.

05 · CONTEXT

Your industry changes how your website needs to work.

A law firm, CPA firm, nonprofit, community organization, specialized contractor, care provider and local business do not present their services in the same way. Their questions, journeys, trust signals and next steps differ. We first work to understand how your customers research, evaluate and choose your services.

06 · PRIVACY

Privacy is also part of the digital experience.

A website can collect contact details, form submissions, applications, subscriptions, downloads and preferences. When these matters need consideration, we review what is collected, why, relevant notices and consent, and digital providers. We can involve Exact RH’s specialized expertise when needed. Présence Marketing does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee legal compliance.

03 · THE PRÉSENCE METHOD

A clear process, at every stage.

Create, optimize and shine express the ambition. The steps below explain how we work together without turning your organization into a standardized project.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND PRÉSENCE MARKETING

A method shaped by practical experience.

FOUNDER

In 2012, our founder established an Eastern Canadian office for an American organization specializing in online marketing, website creation and SEO. The founder brings more than 20 years of local marketing experience serving small and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits, and contributed to supporting more than 2,500 clients as they worked to attract new customers and evolve their digital presence.

This experience showed that a website, its content, visibility, technology, conversion and ongoing management should not operate in silos. That conviction informs the Présence Marketing approach.

04 · WHY THE BRAND EXISTS

An approach now offered to other organizations.

Through developing and evolving platforms such as Exact RH and Exact360, we saw that a digital presence becomes more useful when strategy, content, SEO, technology, conversion and ongoing management move together. That approach is now offered to other organizations through the independent Présence Marketing brand.

05 · OUR PRINCIPLES

A useful presence needs to do three things.

These principles guide content, design and evolution decisions. They never replace listening to your context.

01

Clarity

Your customer should quickly understand who you are and how you can help.

02

Visibility

Your presence should be structured to be found and understood.

03

Growth

Your website should support a meaningful action: inquiry, appointment, subscription, application, purchase or another relevant objective.

06 · IS THIS FOR YOU?

An approach that should fit your reality.

We prefer to explain how we work clearly. It lets each organization choose a partner that genuinely fits its context.

Présence Marketing may be a good fit if…

  • your website no longer represents your organization;
  • your offer is hard to explain;
  • you want to prepare your visibility for AI-powered search;
  • you do not have time to manage your website;
  • you are looking for a partner rather than only a vendor.

Our approach may not be the best fit if…

  • you are looking only for the lowest-cost website;
  • you want a project with no evolution after delivery;
  • you expect a guarantee of a first-place Google ranking;
  • you want artificial content created only for search engines.

We state these limits simply so every organization can choose the approach that truly fits its needs.

07 · THE APPROACH IN PRACTICE

Work explained with transparency.

Exact RH and Exact360 are presented as examples of real work. They do not define Présence Marketing’s identity and do not replace future external projects.
