BEFORE TALKING MARKETING
Identifying what you want to sell is only the beginning. We then seek to understand why certain services or products deserve more attention.
01Generate stronger profits
02Offer better recurring revenue
03Align more closely with your expertise
04Have more capacity available today
05Attract the customers you want to grow
06Represent a new market or a new offer
07Create more long-term value
An effective acquisition strategy is not simply about generating more inquiries. It is about generating more of the right inquiries, for the right offers, at the right time.
THE COMPLETE JOURNEY
A campaign can generate many clicks without generating enough customers. A strong website can create form submissions that are not followed up quickly enough. That is why we look at the whole system.
What is working?
Where are opportunities being lost?
What should be measured?
What could be improved?
SEVEN DIMENSIONS REVIEWED
We do not automatically prescribe a solution. We first look for the factors that can support more useful decisions.
What you sell, what customers actually buy, your priority services, profitability, capacity and growth objectives.
SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, AI-powered search engines and assistants, social media, referrals, partners, outreach, email and other channels: which ones actually generate opportunities and, ultimately, customers?
Do your ads, visuals, offers, pages and calls to action reach the right people and present the right services?
What happens after someone clicks, calls, completes a form or requests an appointment, so interest can become a real opportunity.
How inquiries are qualified, followed up and converted into customers, plus the scripts, tools, follow-ups or automation that support your team.
Differences in practices or results across people, and the ability to understand and repeat the practices that genuinely help.
Cost per lead, cost per appointment, customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, customer value and profitability: the data that should guide your next decisions.
AFTER THE CLICK
Before investing more to generate new leads, it can be more profitable to improve conversion of the opportunities you already create.

An advertising campaign may be fully capable of generating traffic while the issue sits elsewhere. A weak point at one stage can reduce the return from your whole investment. We look at the complete journey before concluding that the answer is simply a larger ad budget.

FAQ
A customer acquisition strategy connects what a business wants to sell with the channels, messages and journeys that attract and convert the right customers. It is not limited to producing more traffic or leads.
The issue may be targeting or ads, but it can also be the offer, landing page, form, response time or commercial follow-up. The full journey should be examined before spend is increased.
Start by comparing profitability, available capacity, strategic priority, lifetime value and the quality of customers each service attracts. The most popular service is not automatically the best one to grow.
Measure the steps between click, inquiry, contact, appointment and sale. Then reduce the largest source of friction, such as a long form, response time, insufficient follow-up or an offer that is hard to understand.
Divide marketing and commercial costs attributable to a period by the number of new customers acquired during that period. Then compare that cost to the value and profitability of the customers acquired.
The best choice depends on your offer, search intent, desired timeline, budget and ability to convert. SEO and paid advertising can also complement one another when both connect to a coherent journey and measurement plan.
You need to connect marketing investments to the opportunities, customers and revenue they generate. Depending on your business model, that can include measuring cost per lead, cost per appointment, customer acquisition cost, conversion rate and customer value.
The issue can sit at different stages: targeting, the promise, landing page, form, booking friction, response time, availability, trust, price or follow-up. The journey needs to be reviewed instead of automatically assuming advertising is the problem.
There is no universal number. The appropriate cadence depends on the type of inquiry, service value, decision cycle and channel used. What matters most is having a defined, measured follow-up process that fits prospect behaviour.
Differences can come from response time, the questions asked, qualification, knowledge of the offer, objection handling, follow-up or individual practices that have never been documented. Reviewing the practices of stronger performers can help identify what could be repeated across the team.
